How to List a Used Mobile Phone Clearly and Safely

Before listing a phone, sign out of personal accounts, back up your data and prepare to erase the device only after the transaction is settled. Record the exact brand, model, storage, colour, SIM configuration and every IMEI. Do not post a full IMEI, CNIC image, account email or exact home address publicly.

Test and disclose the condition

Test the display, touch, cameras, microphones, speakers, charging, battery, buttons, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, mobile signal and biometric features. Disclose repair history, replaced parts, cracks, dead pixels, account locks, water exposure and missing accessories. Photograph the actual phone, screen, frame, rear panel, accessories and defects.

Check device status through the official route

Check every IMEI yourself through the official PTA Device Verification System before meeting. Describe the exact result without calling the phone "officially verified" by Bechly. Buyers should repeat the official check and inspect the phone before payment.

Set an asking price from comparable active listings with the same model, storage, condition and device status. Asking prices do not prove a final sale price or sale time.
