These Terms govern your use of Bechly — the local classifieds and marketplace app. By using Bechly you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
01 Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, browsing listings, posting ads, uploading content, chatting with users, or using any Bechly feature, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Bechly.
02 Eligibility
Bechly is not intended for children under 13. By using Bechly you confirm you meet the age requirement and are legally permitted to use the app.
You must provide accurate account information and ensure your use of Bechly complies with local laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
03 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. Specifically, you must not:

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and ownership of everything you post. Your listings and content must:

The following are strictly prohibited on Bechly:
06 User Interaction & Safety
Bechly may allow users to contact each other through marketplace features such as chat or listing interactions. All communication must be respectful. You must not harass, threaten, spam, scam, or abuse other users.
07 Reporting & Blocking
Users may report listings, profiles, or users that appear unsafe, misleading, illegal, abusive, or in violation of these Terms. Where available, users may also block other users.
Bechly may review reports and take action including removing content, restricting features, suspending accounts, or terminating access where appropriate.
08 Marketplace Transactions
Bechly is a platform, not a party to transactions
Bechly connects buyers and sellers but is not involved in any deal. We do not guarantee seller identity, buyer identity, payment, delivery, item quality, item safety, legality, or the outcome of any transaction.
Users should independently verify listings, product condition, seller identity, pricing, and payment arrangements before proceeding with any transaction.
09 Payments
Bechly does not currently process in-app payments, subscriptions, or paid purchases. Any payment or financial arrangement between users takes place entirely outside Bechly and is the sole responsibility of the users involved.
10 Location-Based Features
Bechly may provide location-based features to help users discover nearby listings. Location access is optional and is used only to improve search relevance.
You should avoid sharing sensitive or precise personal location details publicly in listings or chats unless you are comfortable doing so.
11 Moderation & Enforcement
We may review, limit, reject, hide, remove, or moderate listings, profiles, user content, or accounts that appear to violate these Terms, create safety concerns, mislead users, or expose the platform to legal, security, or reputational risk. Enforcement actions may be taken with or without prior notice.
12 Account Deletion
You may delete your Bechly account at any time through the app or via the web form at bechly.pk/delete-account.
In-app deletion
Go to Account → Settings → Delete Account. Your account is removed immediately and you are logged out.
Web form request
Submit the deletion request form. Processed within 7–30 days. No app access required.
Deletion may remove or unlink profile information, listings, saved ads, chat-related account links, login sessions, and related data, subject to legal, security, backup, fraud-prevention, and operational retention requirements.
13 Availability & Liability
Bechly is provided on an as-available and as-is basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
- We are not liable for user-generated content or user conduct
- We are not responsible for marketplace losses or transaction outcomes
- We are not liable for third-party services integrated into the app
- We do not warrant the accuracy of any listing content
14 Suspension & Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to Bechly if we believe an account violates these Terms, creates risk for other users, misuses the app, or if action is required to meet legal, safety, or platform obligations.
You may stop using Bechly and request account deletion at any time.
15 Policy Updates
We may update these Terms and the Privacy Policy as Bechly evolves. Continued use of Bechly after an update means you accept the latest version. Material changes will be communicated via an in-app notice or banner.
16 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, including PECA 2016 and PDPB 2023 where applicable. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
