Terms of Service — bechly.pk

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using bechly.pk ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use bechly.pk. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
One person may not maintain more than one account.

4. Listings and Content

When posting ads on bechly.pk, you agree that:

All information in your listing is accurate and not misleading.
You own the item or have the legal right to sell it.
Your listing does not violate any applicable laws in Pakistan.
You will not post prohibited items (weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods, etc.).
Your photos and descriptions are of the actual item being sold.

5. Prohibited Content

The following are strictly prohibited on bechly.pk:

Illegal weapons, drugs, or controlled substances
Counterfeit or stolen goods
Adult or explicit content
Spam, duplicate listings, or misleading ads
Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
Services that constitute fraud or scams

6. Transactions

bechly.pk is a platform connecting buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any transaction between users. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items listed. All transactions are at the user's own risk.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. bechly.pk does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

8. Limitation of Liability

bechly.pk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or any transactions conducted through it.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, without prior notice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
