02 Price Accuracy
Prices displayed in listings are set by the seller and are approximate only. They may:
- Change at any time without notice
- Differ from the final agreed price between buyer and seller
- Exclude taxes, delivery charges, registration fees, or other costs
- Be listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and subject to currency fluctuations if applicable
- Reflect a starting price that may vary based on condition, negotiation, or availability

03 Category-Specific Notices
Property
Property prices, rental rates, and availability are set by individual sellers or agents. bechly.pk is not a real estate agent or broker. Property transactions in Pakistan are governed by local land authorities. Always conduct thorough due diligence, verify ownership documents, and consult a qualified legal professional before any property transaction.
Vehicles
Vehicle prices reflect seller estimates and may not account for registration transfer costs, excise duty, inspection fees, or financing charges. Vehicle condition, mileage, and ownership history are stated by the seller. bechly.pk does not carry out vehicle inspections. Buyers are strongly advised to inspect vehicles in person and verify registration documents with MTMIS or relevant provincial authority before purchase.
Telecom Packages
Telecom package prices, data allowances, validity periods, and terms are subject to change by the respective network operator (Jazz, Ufone, Telenor, Zong, etc.) at any time. Listings for SIM cards, packages, and top-ups are posted by individual sellers and are not official offers from any telecom company. Always confirm current package details directly with the network operator before activating.
04 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Pakistani law, bechly.pk, its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury — direct or indirect — arising from:

- — Transactions conducted between buyers and sellers on or off this platform
- — Price discrepancies between listed and actual amounts
- — Fraudulent, misleading, or misrepresented listings posted by users
