Safety Tips for Buyers
Meet in a public place
Always meet sellers in busy, well-lit public areas like markets, shopping centres, or bank branches. Never go alone to an unknown address.
Inspect before you pay
Test the item thoroughly before any payment. Never pay in advance for items you have not seen in person.
Research market prices
If a price seems unrealistically low, it is likely a scam. Check similar listings and market rates before proceeding.
Never wire money or use cryptocurrency
Scammers demand wire transfers, EasyPaisa/JazzCash advance payments, or crypto before delivery. Prefer cash on delivery or verified in-person payment.
Protect your personal information
Never share your CNIC number, bank account details, or OTP codes with a seller. Legitimate sellers do not need this information.
Tips for Sellers
Use clear, real photos
Post multiple original photos of the actual item. Stock images or misleading photos are prohibited and may result in listing removal.
Write an honest description
Disclose all defects, damage, or missing parts. Misleading descriptions may constitute fraud under PECA 2016 Section 18.
Set a fair price
Price items reasonably. Deliberately inflating or misrepresenting value is prohibited.
Mark sold items promptly
Update your listing status once sold. Keeping sold listings active wastes buyers' time and reduces platform trust.
Do not re-list to game search
Creating duplicate or refreshed listings solely for ranking purposes violates our spam policy.

Listing prohibited items may result in permanent account ban and referral to law enforcement authorities.
Legal Obligations — PECA 2016
bechly.pk operates in full compliance with Pakistan's Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016 (PECA) and all relevant regulations issued by the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA).
Unauthorized Access & Data Crimes
Any attempt to unlawfully access our systems, intercept data, or interfere with platform operation is a criminal offence under PECA 2016 §§ 3–6, punishable by up to 3 years imprisonment and/or fine.
Electronic Fraud
Using bechly.pk to commit fraud — including fake listings, advance-fee scams, or impersonation — constitutes an offence under PECA 2016 § 9, punishable by up to 2 years imprisonment.
Cyberstalking & Harassment
Harassing, threatening, or stalking other users through our messaging system is an offence under PECA 2016 § 16, punishable by up to 3 years imprisonment.
Child Protection
Any content involving exploitation of minors is strictly prohibited and will be immediately reported to law enforcement. PECA 2016 § 19 prescribes a maximum of 14 years imprisonment.
Hate Speech & Incitement
Listings or messages promoting hatred on religious, ethnic, or sectarian grounds are prohibited under PECA 2016 § 21.

Use the Report button on any listing or use the message icon to flag suspicious sellers. Our moderation team reviews reports within 24 hours.
